Our weekend with Laura and John started at their Rehearsal Dinner at the National WWII Museum in New Orleans. If you have never seen the Victory Belles, you have to check them out! The museum itself is such a neat venue, but listening and watching the Victory Belles perform just transported us back in time...ahhh we digress. Laura and John's family and friends told their love story through a series of both hilarious and tearjerking speeches that had us laughing and crying along. The following day brought the excitement of their absolutely gorgeous wedding full of beautiful and meaningful details. John is a musician, so a few of the couple's musician friends performed at their ceremony, and the songs were phenomenal! The couple specifically chose Latrobe's on Royal because Laura is an architect and loved the beauty and history of the timeless venue. Wonderful time working with the fabulous team of vendors below...cheers to Laura and John!
